Special Terms For Graphic Packages

General information

Graphic packages on ICE include banners for all booth walls plus info desk if the one is ordered or included in package.

Price of graphic banner is 25€ + VAT per square metre.
A banner material, graphical design, printing, delivery to the expo and montage are included in the price.

If you are sending us content for banner design, files must fulfill obligatory requirements

– Company logo in vector format (Vector formats: .PDF, .EPS or .AI)
– Images wanted on banners must be high-resolution images. Check that image size is big enough in centimeters and in the resolution of 300 DPI. How big your image is in centimeters, that big will be in print!
– Desired text on banners. Mark what is the title, what is important and position of the text. If you have desired font, send it to us. Give us the description how to position all sent material (images, logo, text) This will help us realize your idea.

If you do your own banner design and you want to send us complete print files this are obligatory requirements

– The print file must be in .PDF or .TIFF format
– Save separate file for each banner and use a meaningful naming system, follow these examples:
BoothNumber-BRAND_NAME-BackWall.pdf
BoothNumber-BRAND_NAME-LeftCornerWall.pdf
– Cutting lines and bleed is not needed, keep the file in specified proportions
– Convert all fonts to vectors
– use CMYK color mode for all graphic parts
– Files have to match correct size in millimeters [Width x Height]

If you carry your own banners and promo materials

– the organizer is not in charge for a montage of your banners and promo material
– delivery of your banners and promo material is not in our competence
– after the expo, all banners and promo materials left behind will be recycled or disposed
– all 3rd party companies in charge for your banners and promo material must be announced to the organizer in advance or they won’t be able to enter the expo area
