A Matchmaking software is used to arrange your meetings on ICE. An account can be ordered per person and each account is opened for a unique email address. It is not possible to have 2 or more accounts on the same email address.
ICE is using Pitch&Match software for arranging your meetings on ICE.
To be able to receive or send a personal invitation for a meeting on ICE, each exhibitor MUST HAVE unique email address for his Matchmaking account. That means when you register for ICE, you have to assign an email address to each representative for whom you ordered Matchmaking account.
If you do not enter the email address to each exhibitor, their Matchmaking account will not be created.

After you receive invitation to Pitch&Match on your email you can click on a button to access your P&M account. If you can not remember your password, use password reset tool.
