Special terms for graphic banners
Fleet operator exhibitors can order graphic banner for each wall of a booth.
Banner material, graphical design, printing and montage are included in price.
Banner is mounted on booth walls. After the expo you can take your banners with you.
If you are bringing own banners please specify type of a banner so booth builders can prepare setup.
It is not allowed to mount your own banners without supervision; booth builders will be at your disposal from 12:00 to 20:00 on Thursday, March 10th.
To order a banner it is necessary to provide content for graphical design before January 15th, 2016.
Content must fulfil this obligatory requirements if ICE Team will design the banners:
[icon icon=”0255.png”][/icon] Company logo in vector format (Vector formats: .PDF, .EPS or .AI)
[icon icon=”0255.png”][/icon] Images wanted on banner (High resolution images. Check that image size is big enough in centimetres and in resolution of 300DPI. How big your image is in centimeter, that big will be in print!)
[icon icon=”0255.png”][/icon] Desired text on banner (Mark what is the title, what is important(bold/italic). If you have desired font, send it to us)
[icon icon=”0255.png”][/icon] Description how to position sent material (images, logo, text) (this will help us realize your idea)
If you do your own banner design, you need to provide us print files that fulfil this obligatory requirements:

[icon icon=”0255.png”][/icon] Save separate file for each banner and use this meaningful naming system, here is the example:
Exhibitor_name-Position-Size_in_cm.pdf (ICE-Back_wall-392×250.pdf or ICE-Left_corner_wall-95×250.pdf)
